​SURREY – On November 23, 2011, the on-ramp at 164 Street connecting 104 Avenue on the north side of Highway 1 with 104 Avenue on the south side of the highway will be permanently closed.

As part of the final configuration for the improved 160 Street Interchange, drivers wishing to travel from Fraser Heights to the Guildford area will travel west on 104 Avenue and turn left at 160 Street. Drivers exiting Highway 1 westbound will still be able to access 104 Avenue on the north and south side of the highway.

Drivers are reminded to watch for electronic message boards, and to exercise caution at all times. Please obey all posted construction speeds. Traffic fines double in construction zones.
