On January 21, 2012 while the Lower Mainland slept, construction crews working on the Port Mann Highway 1 Improvement Project completely reconfigured Highway 1 eastbound between the Port Mann Bridge and 152 Street in Surrey, including moving the exit from the right side of the highway to the left side of the highway.
