During the week of January 16 (weather dependent), between midnight and 4 a.m., there will be a series of traffic stoppages for one night on Highway 1 between Grandview Highway and First Avenue in Vancouver. Electronic message boards will be placed on Highway 1 to alert motorists of these temporary stoppages.
