On February 28 and March 5 (weather dependent), Highway 1 westbound from Grandview Highway to First Avenue will be closed between midnight and 4 a.m.
Drivers travelling westbound on Highway 1 will be detoured at Grandview Highway, take Boundary Road and rejoin Highway 1 westbound at First Avenue. All detour routes will be well-marked when in operation.
