During the months of February and March, one lane of Lougheed Highway westbound between the Cape Horn Interchange and the Coleman Avenue on-ramp - will be temporarily closed. This temporary closure is necessary for ongoing construction and improvements to Lougheed Highway and the Cape Horn Interchange.
