Drivers are advised that starting Tuesday, February 14, in order to facilitate construction of new ramps, access to Lougheed Highway westbound from Highway 1 westbound via the Cape Horn Interchange will be permanently closed. Drivers are advised to use the Brunette Avenue Interchange north exit (exit 40B) as a detour route to Lougheed Highway.
