Beginning February 1 (weather dependent), for approximately three to four weeks, the Highway 1 eastbound and westbound lanes between Kensington Avenue and Gaglardi Way will shift towards the south. Additionally, the westbound HOV lane will temporarily diverge from the two general-purpose lanes and will be separated by a concrete barrier. This separation will be in place for approximately three to four months. Please note that it will not be possible to access the HOV lane from the Gaglardi Way westbound on-ramp during this period.
