Throughout December and January, nighttime detours and lane closures within the Cape Horn Interchange and along Highway 1 through Coquitlam will continue. These will enable crews to continue building the new ramp connecting Lougheed Highway westbound to Highway 1 eastbound and new Highway 1 lanes over the rail tracks.

Highway lane closures may take place between 7:30 p.m. and 5:30 a.m., while detours for ramp closures may take place generally between midnight and 4:00 a.m.
