In Surrey, the PMH1 Project includes highway widening from the east side of the new Port Mann Bridge in Surrey to 192 Street. Highway widening will allow for extension of HOV lanes on Highway 1 eastbound and westbound from the Port Mann Bridge to 200 Street in Langley. Three interchanges will be replaced: 152 Street, 160 Street and 176 Street.

There will also be new transit and HOV ramps at 156 Street, and construction of the Fraser Heights section of the South Fraser Perimeter Road (SFPR), as well as environmental enhancements along the Highway 1 corridor.
